ABOUT ME

Growing up on a farm in North Queensland, I cherished school breaks spent working alongside my parents and grandparents. These experiences ingrained a deep love for our family's farming heritage and instilled invaluable life lessons, from tending to the land to nurturing a strong work ethic and passion for whatever task lay at hand.

At the age of 5, my natural talents in balance and focus emerged during squash sessions with my mother. This sport became my sanctuary—a space to lose myself, striving for mastery. At the age of 8 I had a dream of one day representing Australia at the commonwealth games.

My journey in squash began with local victories, progressing to national competitions, culminating in representing Australia at global championships. At 16, I chose to pursue my squash dreams wholeheartedly, leaving school for a Sports and Recreation course while dedicating every spare moment to training. This path led to representing Australia at the Commonwealth Games in 2010 and 2014, a proud testament to dedication and perseverance.

Throughout my playing career, I naturally gravitated toward coaching, effortlessly sharing techniques and fostering empowerment in my students. However, an injury marked a turning point, prompting me to realize the depth and potential of life beyond squash.

Meeting my husband in 2012 awakened a desire for family and a yearning to aid others. Yet, over the following five years, a love-hate relationship with squash emerged, leading to my retirement in 2017, physically and mentally drained.

Becoming a mother to Mabel in 2019 sparked a spiritual awakening, igniting a quest for freedom and connection. The year 2020 became a catalyst; we embarked on a national coaching tour, coaching squash to over 600 individuals while embracing life on the road.

Amidst our travels, a profound calling emerged—a desire to help others on a deeper level. Though initially unclear, signs pointed toward energy healing. Pursuing studies with Dr. Irina Webster in Intuitive Energy Healing marked a pivotal shift, guiding me toward my true calling. Despite initial uncertainty and with unwavering support from my husband, I surrendered to this new direction.

Further studies in energy healing and cacao ceremonies deepened my intuitive abilities. Our journey led us to Nimbin, where I now conduct one-on-one intuitive energy healing sessions and facilitate cacao ceremonies.

Today, I channel love, light, and divine energy to empower others in their healing journeys, serving as a conduit for them to step into their true essence.
